Shemuel gave the name “Dynamic Sitting Technology” to a series of demonstrations he devised as he was passionate to explore the possibility of combining stillness with movement since he always was a great believer in the old saying and truth: “where there is movement, there is life”.
His developments were intended to provide concrete directions for learning about the physical experience associated with the movements. The goal was to increase personal awareness through movement.
Opening the possibility of actively implementing the new ideas to various applications. Shemuel taught that changes in our ability to move are inseparable from changes in our conscious perception of ourselves. He said that changes in the mental experience could be described as changes in our physical experience.
